People Responsibilities
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with the ET&F team and the entire R&D team of the site
- Resource Optimization and developments – develop the second line, nurture the team for high performance
- Ensure smooth working of the department to maintain high morale of the workforce
- Continuously suggest improvement processes to ensure quality and efficiency
Education Qualification
Technical engineering education; minimum BE / B Tech (Mechanical), MBA is desirable
